Syria's situation

Recently, after the constant terrorist attacks all over the western civilizations, those governments have started a campaign in syria to attack the terrorists who are ther, and also destroying the country.

In my opinion, I think that it's comprehensible that they want to get their revenge, but it's wrong. Attacking a whole country just for a minory that resides there just creates pain and suffer to all the innocents who live there, and by that, creating more hate against the west.

I would try to pacify th eregion first and controlling the borders and the people who gets in.

Internet

Internet is one of the most revolucionaries inventions of the humankind, I think.

Its functions are to provide information and making the communication project much easier. But for me, the most cool thing of the Internet is that it makes everyone so close. Now that it's incredibly easy to speak with someone who's fore example living on the oposite side of the planet, you can feel like that people who's very far away from you, is also your closest friend.

Is humour necessary?

Humour Is a feeling that's been always with us since we were born, even if we didn't know about it.

Humour makes our lives better, in every way. When we feel bad, we still have the decision to laugh, it may not be apropiated for some situations, but in the long term I think that it's the best.

There are a lot of diferent humours, each one of us prefers another kind about other, but that's a thing that enriches our lives.

I think that without humour, life would be so boring, and may not make it so worthy.

Smalll loan of a million dollars

If someone gave a small loan of a million dollars, i would probably don't know how to spend it.

I would buy a lot of things, like a couple of  super fast cars just because I could, then, maybe a house but i think that probably would be better to invest it in something that gave me even more money to spend it after i gained it.

Of course i would donate a part of that money to help people who needed it more than me, but would be cool if I had it.

Definitely, if i had that money, I could live for ever without moving a single finger.

Forever young - How Americans really view aging

Aging has become one of the most talked topics in the United States of America, up to being a normal topic of discussion at dinners and friend meetings.

According to Allure.COM.PLASTICSURERY.ORG.BUILDMYBOD.COM, it Is known that generally, in comparison with past ages, today  being beauty has become in one of the most important goals in your life, or at least, if you want to feel good with yourself, you must have that quality.

In America, for example, beauty products,  have become very popular and experienced a raise in its sales, like cosmetics, etc... One of the star products is the bottox, it has gained a lot of users and become a ingredient in the bottox parties (parties where people inject bottox)

Also, every day the esthetic surgery bussines is growing more and more around the world.

In conclusion, seems like beauty is one of the mandatory ingredients to have if you want to stand out among everyone else.

Mail

Hello Sonia, as you said I'm writting the presentation mail talking about my dreams.

The truth is, I never had a clear goal to achieve in my life, because since I was a kid, I never stoped thinking about all the possibilities that someone could achieve on his life. There have been a lot of ideas in my head since always. When I was a child, there were the classical ones, like being an astronaut or something like that, but recently, about 2 years ago, I became interested in visual arts.
I started drawing things I liked, and they were not so bad, but I've always felt like there was a hole on everything i've done, because it wasn't mine. So I guess that my dream would be like to create something by myself and then do an animated series or somehing so the people could enjoy it.

The past year I've been working with a friend who's studying an informatic cycle, he had to create like some kind of animated videos, and he asked me if I could send him  some designs for his charaters, so I did. In the end, I don't know how it ended, because I sent to him my first design, but then he didn't need more, so my early carreer finished there. That helped me to grow the interest in drawing.

I think that's all, thanks for reading and good night :)

How a 3-D-printer changed a 4-year-old's heart and life (News)

News:
Mia Gonzalez, a little girl, spent 3 and a half years of her life missing out. She couldn't have a normal life because of her heart problem. After passing by about 10 hospitals, finaly, the doctors realised that she had a malformation i her aorta, the vessel that pumps blood to her body. Now the young girl would need a heart operation to close a partn of her aorta, which was putting preasure o  her windpipe, which was creating difficultss to breathe, swallow and get rid of phlegmes when she got a cold.

Unfortunately, Mia's operation was complicated, and if the surgeons of Nicklaus Children's Hospital wouldn't had the 3D printing technology, the operation could have been apprehensive. Earlier this year, the hospital acquired a 3D printer, which has been used to replicate organs that the patients needed. My 1st Batxillerat :)

My 1st Batxillerat J

A new school year has ended for me, but it hasn’t been a normal school year, I could say that it’s been so particular, nothing to do with ESO or primary.
In some way, I think that I’ve done a good choice coming here. This year has been so difficult, not only for exams and grades; I’ve experienced some things that I’ve never felt before, specially for one person.  I’ve met a lot of people, I’ve not made friends with everyone, but I’m happy about the new friends I made. I’m happy about met again some of my old class mates, as Isaac and Miquel, I haven’t seen them since we were at school, then we splitted and gone to different high schools, and It’s nice to see them again.

Finally, now that’s ending, I can see where I was at the beginning, and where I am now. I can see that I’ve grown as person, I’ve learnt a lot thanks to a lot of people, people who I’m desiring to see them as soon as I can and during a lot of time. I’m so happy about that, and, I can say, that I’m a bit sad about the end. I would like to return as soon as possible!

Should parents worry about cartoons?

Should parents worry about cartoons?

It’s a fact that some parents blame the cartoons that their sons watch lately to justify their behavior issues.
Everything depends on what’s your son doing or watching, and of course his character. For example, I’ve been playing and watching some weird things since I was younger. An example for that, I always liked to watch “South Park”, and I realized that it’s a very weird cartoon; they explain a lot of things, but in a weird thing. I played the “Grand Theft Auto” series too, and what I learnt is to distinguish the good and evil, because everything I saw there was evil. I thinki I'm pretty normal after all.

In conclusion, using me for an example, I don’t thinks that theory it’s true, because I think I’m normal.

USA haters

USA haters

On the internet, I see a lot of people who complains about the USA, and its “police of the world” game.

I can understand their opinion, I believe. It’s true that the USA has been influencing a lot of the world, and not always by the pacific way. They’ve been supporting the killing and murdering of people just for its personal interests. They have the right to do it, because every country has done something similar along its history. But the thing is, now with all the media I think that its activities are more public and everyone can know them, so there are a lot of more protests than in past years.

The animal I would like to be

The animal I would like to be

That’s a thing that I’ve thought a lot of times, and the majority of those times, I always finished in the same conclusion.
I think that be a hornet would be cool, because those animals are so fast and small, the can go practically at any place quickly, and to bite people if they annoy me, and now that I would we sneaky, they wouldn’t never catch me, so I could enjoy a lot.
On the other hand, they have a short life-rate, I believe, so I couldn’t live for too much, and that’s a bad thing to have.

But anyway, I think that would be cool.

Too many publicity on TV

Too many publicity on TV

Every time we watch TV, we pay attention to the TV program or series which we are watching, but a lot of times those things that we like are interrupted by that annoying publicity.
At least, for example, the 50% of the time we spend watching TV is wasted by publicity, which just sends us the message to buy stuff. It’s okay to use publicity, but not to abusing it.  In Spain, there are TV chains, who use a lot of publicity, and just because it’s cheaper to pay the fine for using too much publicity, than use it in a normal quantity.

I think that there would must be some more penalties for exceeding the limit.

Story of stuff

The Story of stuff explains to us the actual economic system we have in our actual modern society in 20 minutes. Annie Leonard has been travelling around the world checking how all of our stuff and products get created and destroyed, during her travel, she decided to explain us how all the stuff we consume is produced and how it gets wasted.

I think some of the solutions of that problem would be: If we all buy only green products, crafted with ecologic stuff and without being damaging fot the environment, that industry will get more power and influence above the market, so most of the products would be non-damaging for the environment.
In the other hand, not all the products are efficient for the economy. All of the chemical and trash system is necessary to keep our economy on level, now we are obligated to keep buying stuff and consume, so the economy shall not fall. The problem is, if we all stop consuming and changing our actual system, the economic situation would change too, probably in a bad way. So the point is: yes, we must change our system, but we must do it in a way that doesn't involves too much. We could do it thanks to a technology that changes the way to produce without polluting the Earth too much.

Description of a place

San Francisco

San Francisco is one of the most important cities of California, and one of the biggest. It's located on the USA's west coast. Unfortunaly, the city is located just above a limit between two teutonic plaques, and it has caused a lot of earthquakes to the city.
Due to Its earthquake risk, San Francisco has become a great place for architects to work, all of its buildings are very resistent, and also beautiful. Some of San Francsico's interesting places are:

San Francisco's Chinatown: San Francisco's Chinatown is one of the oldest and largest in North America
.

The TransAmerica Pyramid: Is the tallest building in San Francisco.

The golden gate building: The Golden Gate Bridge of San Francisco is one off the city's icon, and one of the most recognised bridges around the world.

Do violent video games cause behavior problems?

Do violent video games cause behavior problems? That's a excuse to justify why the kids have a bad behviour, and to throw the blame to the others. The video game companies don't have have the blame of the behaviour of the kids that follow their games, they warn in every video game the minimum age to play, that's called the PEGI code. The blame is of the kid's fathers, they are who let their children to play those things.
I've played violent games since i was a child, and i've never had that kind of problems, i learned that there are bad things to do, so it depends of the child too.

Is homework harmful or helpful?

Every student asks this himself some time. As a student, i know the homework is necessary to remember the knowledge learned in class, but at the same time, I think is a way to lose the interest to studies. If there were no homework, i think the students would be happier and their efficency would rise up. But the ban of the homework must be compensated with a better attention and doing more job in class.

Are we too dependents on computers?

Since we are able to have a computer in each house, the use of those machines has taken a lot of importance in our lifes. The computers, allow us to get acces to a lot of information and entertainment, at any moment.
The computers have a lot of purposes, the majority of the people use it to enjoy the vast oportunities that internet has to offer to us, as social networks, and videogames, for example.
In the other hand, the PC is a work tool too, we can use it to make our job easyer, doing difficult calculations, or ordenating our work in a simple way.
Of course, I think that we are dependent to computers, because they have taken a huge importance in our lifes.

It's not clear in the video how many pieces were originals or replicas, anyway, the video is an insult for the whole human patrimony, not only the occidental culture. The main general director of the museum, confirmed that the major part of the pieces were real.
